More then half my games never start because someone new to the game never takes the first move.

With most games once I hit 100 I play ranked mode so that doesn't happen. Would it be possible to have a ranked mode for Pandemic? I really don't care so much about the actual rank but its a way to play with people who have a rank over 100.

Limit your table setting to exclude beginners and apprentices.
