Board Game Arena

What do you think (or maybe know?), is it possible to design a bot for Hanabi?
Could this bot play on BGA with people as one of us and have decent ELO?

I suspect it would be possible for a talented developer to write an algorithmic bot that would play as well as a low-end master in this environment.
