new price for St. Petersburg

I would like to know whether it's possible to have the new pricing system for St. Petersburg (mistress 20, judge 17, observatory 7) but with old card design (the new one looks very bad)? I believe it's fairer since the old price (mistress 18, judge 16) will ALWAYS be a huge advantage if gotten in the first round.
