Avatars have disappeared?

About 15-20 minutes ago, I noticed that when I go to my profile, https://boardgamearena.com/player, my avatar is missing. The thumbnail version is still there in the top left of the site, but if I click on it for the dropdown menu, the medium-size version is also gone. I then went to some friends' pages and saw their avatars were also missing. Is there a problem with the database hosting these images? I tried on two browsers, Firefox and Chrome, just to make sure it wasn't a browser issue.
