I just jump here to say thanks you to the moderators.

Somebody was rude in the chat. I signaled the comment and 3 hours later the player was ban for 72 hours. I am impress and pleseantly surprise to see that the action was swift.I was half expecting the player to received a warning and/or that I would recive a message saying that what was said was "not that bad and I should get over it".

Its my first time in six months and, now I know why.

thank you for taking the time to thank them... We often see forum posts of the opposite, but it's always more likely for someone to sound off when things go badly then when they go well!

Agreed. And before a certain person jumps in here accusing me of unreservedly supporting the mods just because I agree they should be complimented when they do things correctly, this doesn't mean I don't think there are instances when things aren't handled well. Both can be true.
