I am interested on it too because I forgot to put myself in a tournament and now I cannot play...

A tournament creator should have the option to expel any player.
Currently, I participate in a daily Yahtzee tournament, there is one particular player who registers and then does not play.
I would report this individual, however, there is no option to do so.
