Welcome Email for BGA studio not received [Solved]

Possibly due to pop-up blocker running:
Brave Version 1.30.87 Chromium: 94.0.4606.71 (Official Build) (64-bit) running on debian buster.
Pop-ups popped during registration and disappeared I was able to reset password although do not have the sftp info.
Brave shields have thus now been turned off for BGA sites as I see the site cross scripts to google analytics and I guess this is what went wrong.
Used a standard gmail address and checked my spam folders.
I sent an email in and it has been more than 73 hours following instructions to post here as in the docs:

Thanks

Hello,
It happens sometimes. Please send us an email at studio@boardgamearena.com with the address you used for registering to request that we send you this welcome email again.

What is an ETA on a response?
times in EDT
Initially I opened a ticket on 10/6 1:55 (AM) - got an automatic response
asked for a follow up on 10/7 15:04 - still no response
forwarded the ticket to studio@boardgamearena.com on 10/7/21 23:28
wrote another email to studio@boardgamearena.com on 10/11/21 11:03 (AM)
realized Een stated "with the address you used for registering" and I was unclear if this meant the mailing address so I re-sent another email to studio@boardgamearena.com on 10/12 16:48 with my mailing address.

I got my alpha game approved after 2 weeks from initial email request, even with 3 reminders sent during that period.
BGA studio management is understaffed, and your mail might be lost among hundreds of other mails.
Also, admins are busy these days due to Digital Spiel.
Try contacting via discord or BGA chat and wait a little bit if you're not in a hurry (I don't expect your ticket to be resolved during this week).

FYI, Een is not in charge of BGA studio management, but joezg is.
