Still a Beta game?

This game has been in Beta stage for the longest time already (2 yrs?). Why isn't this final yet?

It was previously a stable game, but temporarily reverted back to beta due to expansion release.

any word on Eminent Domain coming out of Beta? I'm ready to get back into the Arena!
