Board Game Arena

I wish there was a category for WordGames on the BGA 'Games By Theme' or 'Games By Mechinism' it seems like I have to ask everyone I play with for other games. The ones I have right now are

Word Tycoon
Haiclue
Hardback

What others are out there since trying to click on 500+ Games is tedious.

Making fun sentences: Remember when
Guessing words/terms by pictures: Concept, Pingimus
Word-Chains: Illustori (i didn't fully catch how this one is supposed to play)

I absolutely recommend Remember When and Concept (and Haiclue of course but you already mentioned that yourself)

In Illustori, you have to describe the card you play while creating a word chain.
Players vote whether your word or sentence is acceptable or not.

Buyword is in alpha, but currently there is only 1 approval (which I did). Long way to go.

Is Werewolves a 'word game'? I think it's a secret role or traitor game rather than a word game.

I'm not an expert but I think it includes discussions. Or can you play that fully on deduction? I don't know how OP defines "Word-Game"

If Werewolves were a word game, Bang! also should be for the same logic (the game promotes talking).

There are few word games here (I think of word games as a game where you spell out words somehow or have to give clues for others to guess words), so I don't know how useful having it as a filter would be.

Letter Tycoon is another one for you to try.

I removed it from the list as it seems to bother you I hate WW anyway and I don't even know Bang ^^
