Mü in alpha

New version depolyed.

Improvements:
- Implemented an user preference option to be able to reduce space needed by the help card
- Show hand number in tournament mode
- Small improvements of turn-based-appointment scheduler (but still only possible to update your availability if it is your turn)

Like many card games Mü is best played at real-time-tables. To make appointments easier you can join the 'Mue real-time appointments' group here: https://boardgamearena.com/group?id=10940796
For turn-based we introduce a new idea to try to get all player to the table at the same time (when auction phase ended) to play their cards down in 5-10 minutes before going back to turn-based to determine chief and vice for the next hand.

- change the phrasing from Chief's bid to Current highest bid or Eclateer's bid until bidding phase is over
- add tooltip to Chief's bid and Chief's team target
- add overlay on help card to indicate current team target / current bonus (including user preference to switch off this behaviour)

Since Mu is in beta can we still make suggestions? I think an option to automatically play a card of the lead suit if you have only one matching card would be good.

That's generally not a good idea in trick-taking games as it reveals critical information regarding player hands.
