Board Game Arena

I reported a bug on https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=206836004 on 9th October when the game finished but didn't complete correctly. Nothing has happened to resolve this and since the website thinks I am 16 days over time it won't let me start any new turnbased games. Also continually brings me back to this game page to take my turn on a game that completed 2 weeks ago. This is very frustrating.

The tournament game has now timed out but this still hasn't resolved the problem. It's still showing as in progress on tournament page
