New Halloween version & accessibility/readability

Thanks BGA for adding the Halloween version with its updated patch costs for more even distribution of points. :)

However, I see two issues with accessibility:

1) The cost tags are difficult to make out. I would suggest black on white for better readability, and perhaps a serif font? (In American graphic design, the ADA rule (American Disabilities Act) for readability is 80% contrast.)

2) The color contrast between some of the pieces and the background can be tricky to differentiate. Case in fact, a recent opponent commented that it was incredibly hard for them to navigate as someone who is color-blind. So the colorblind test would be a good measure for readability.
