Unsportsmanlike behavior

Hi there!
Usually, BGA is a pleasure. But today, it's the opposite. During (3-player) Arena game of Welcome To, one player was slightly (seconds) running out of time. And the other player started trying repeatedly (10+) times to kick them out of the game. After multiple attempts, despite two opponents asking him to stop, this player managed to stop the game from normal conclusion, just a few moves from the end.

Am I exaggerating? Please advise on whether you see this behavior as acceptable. To me it is not - first time on BGA I am wondering how to get admin attention...

Why was Razz lagging?
Sorry, the 3rd. player did nothing against any rule, no matter how bad intended he might have been (people usually do this when they are losing and another player is lagging, when they have things to do and a player is lagging, etc.).
It might be unsporty, but that unsporty person wouldn't be able to be unsporty if the player lagging didn't lag in the first place.
And expelling players out of time... is technically not moderation worthy, even though on BGA, anything is possible...

Hi all, I am the player Yellow_Snow is talking about.
I want to say something here in my defense.
First off all, the other player wasn't just a few seconds late, he was almost two minutes late. I like to play a game, but I don't want to wait a minute every turn.
The other player waited every turn to go below zero, but was in the chat box the whole time saying that he wanted me to win easily by putting him out of the game. That was not the case though. I don't think it's important to win or lose (I lose all the time lol), but it should remain a fun game.
He kept typing in the chat box and played turn after turn intentionally late. He eventually left the game early (supposedly because I didn't want to wait, but it was clear by now that he couldn't win anymore).
To be clear: the player above (Yellow_Snow) was very correct. I'm sorry he interpreted me that way.

Thanks for the explanation, that's very considerate.
There was no need for any defence, regardless of your reason for expelling that player.
No one's fault people run out of time (IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE).

Yes! When someone is 1:32 minutes over their time (which you can check from the logs), it's totally ok to expell. Otherwise we can play without time limits in the first place. And on BGA, you even get 20 seconds buffer every time someone initiates the expell.
If you prefer longer turns, you can choose longer turns in the settings (cogwheel next to game icon in the lobby).

Well, that was Arena game, so not configurable.
And my key concern was about the sheer number of expel attempts - the player that was under on the clock would get ejection prompt essentially every move.
I see the consensus here is that this is not ideal, maybe unsportsmanlike, but definitely legal...

everything is legal. cheating, harassment, awfull behaviour ald everything inbetween.
Except cursing. If you say one bad word its ban.

Turn times are configerable, even in Arena! Please check again.

Ok, I get that this was annoying. However, the fact that a player over time gets ejection prompts is a consequence of that player playing slow to begin with. So to me, it is not the fault of the ejecter but the fault of the "ejectee". If you know that you are over time, you can try to play quickly and get in time again and not continue to play slow.
As I said, everyone can choose longer turn times if they want to.

On one hand I have been in games where the opponent expresses displeasure just because I didn't make my moves immediately (I had MORE than 2 minutes on my clock) and on the other hand we have threads like this defending players for being out of time.
Just saying since it's rather extreme both ways.
