Indeed, the original developer is not maintaining the game anymore, but a developer (Tisaac) had fixed the issue with tooltip translation not being applied.
What are the remaining issues? Have they been reported in the bugs with appropriate details (if possible screenshots)?

Tile explanation(when mouse over) could not be translated with Korean language (Board explanation is good)

Thanks, I checked it and indeed the previous fix was not enough for starting tiles as the tooltips strings had been incorrectly built for translation. I have deployed a new version fixing this. There will be new a few new strings to translate for starting tiles following this new version.
