NEW C and D deck implementation

Hello,
I am not sure this is the forum to reach developers or content creators but I'll give it a try.
I'm a huge Agricola fan and I must say the new C and D implementation are looking fantastic so far. Although I'm curious to how these decks are composed and where some of the "new cards" come from. I own almost every single deck there is both from revised and original and played at least a decent amount with some of the newer cards on playagricola.com and still there are many cards that are completely new to me. Is there a chance the printed E-deck are coming soon or are these cards exclusive to BGA?

As explained on the group page, these are the ones published in the color expansions. No other deck planned at the moment, we still have 30 harder cards to add in this deck already

A lot of these cards will be getting published in the soon to be released Consul Dirigens deck:

A lot of these cards will be getting published in the soon to be released Consul Dirigens deck:

That's likely why you don't have them yet, although as noted many of them were in the color expansions already available.
oh, I did not think there where cards from the color expansions that wasnt in other decks. I thought that the color decks combined gave you the complete A and B deck and that buying A and B when they were released was equivalent except for the "special meeples". But I guess I'll just wait for the Consul Dirigens deck then, thanks!

It's probably a typo in this message, but just to be clear: we are talking about C & D decks only. The two important information to understand this nightmare is : a full deck always has 168 cards in it and in term of logistic, it's easier to produce 120 cards in a box.
So for instance in the base box, you get 48 cards of deck A and 48 cards of deck B (96 cards in total + majors), so you can complete deck A by buying the "deck A" box which contains the 120 extra, and same for deck B.
Then deck C and deck D boxes were both published (Corbarius / Dulcinaria), which contains only 120 of each decks, thus leaving 2 * 48 cards not published yet. The new Consul Dirigens expansion contains exactly these 96 cards + 24 weird starter bonus card to match the 120 "logistic number".
In the meantime, 6 colors expansions were released, each of them with 20 cards (+ meeples), so that's again 120 cards in total. But since there were only 96 "missing" cards in deck C & D, this means that some cards were actually already in the boxes Corbarius and Dulcinaria.
So this is exactly what is currently added to BGA : the 96 cards from Consul Dirigens box that will be published pretty soon (the 24 starter bonus will not be on BGA) + 24 cards of boxes Corbarius and Dulcinaria, to match the color expansion. The rest of deck C and deck D will probably be added on BGA in the future at some point too.

This is so hilariously confusing
I work in engineering with numbers like this all day long and I still get confused whenever the conversation turns to the Agricola decks.

Yeah, the Agricola deck stuff is ridiculously confusing. I mean it's not that awful I guess, but it sure isn't just simple.

The color expansions basically gave let's say "early release" to various cards that would come in later decks. The 120 cards from those were C and D deck cards. A handful of them are in Corbarius and Dulcinaria. The remaining 96 are now coming in Consul Dirigens along with 24 cards for a weird mini expansion that aren't occupations or minors.
As such, you didn't need to buy the color expansions to get the cards, you just had to be patient to wait for them to get printed with the official deck releases. Which we are almost to that point now. If you have been playing with the color expansions, you'll be familiar with all these cards. Otherwise you'll have seen a few of them in Corbarius and Dulcinaria, but most of the things about to be added will be the Consul Dirigins deck. (I'll give them some credit here, I think adding those first to BGA makes a lot of sense as they'll get fully released just about as that deck should be hitting retailers this winter)

Awsome, thanks for the explanation! Then I'll be sure to get my copy of the CD-deck when it comes out soon and complete the collection. Now I will just have to keep searching for the FL deck
