Board Game Arena

Does anyone know where you can find the official rules for this? Unusually, there's no link either here or on BGG.

I got the gist of the game pretty easily from a review, but then was surprised to find that a flush of Q7643 (spades) somehow beat a flush of Q10432 (clubs), which is definitely not how it works in normal poker. I guess it uses the suit rankings? Or is it a bug?
