Why we can't discuss moderation in here.

Why we can't discuss publically about what moderators do?
Do they have to hide it so they can do whatever they want instead of us openly discussing their bad decisions?
Are they too scared?
I think the current moderator system is a joke and they are hiding and forcing people to not complain publically so they can ban and mute them in secret so other users to not complain too.
What you are doing is silicing people for your own good.
Please allow us to openly attack moderator decisions on the forums instead of sending messages no one will read and just make our punishments heavyer for voicing against the unjust decisions you make.
Everything should be public and open.

From what I have seen, discussions are allowed; open attacks are not.
BGA is a private enterprise, and can choose how communication on their forums is handled. If criticism must be made, there are other public forums (facebook, etc.) available.

I am sure that if someone from the BGA team reads criticism on its Reddit or Facebook Page (for instance), and manages to link the critic to his/her BGA account, that account can very well vanish with ban/moderation.
Stranger things have happened.

I assume that BGA admins have much better things to do (and they allow quite a lot of criticism on their own platform). However, it is even their fair right to ban people from their service when those people talk shit about it on social media. After all, businesses can decide by themselves to whom they provide their service. Online boardgaming is not a human right or something.

The "why" has been explained several times, like here:

Note: Provocations and false accusations were absolutely not needed and will be punished according to our moderation policy.
