eg. for all players karma <50 , they can only join 5 TB tables max. And forbid them from joining any tournament/arena.

Plz, some people dont care about their games/karma at all, and keep the others waiting forever b4 kicking them out.
I know new players r restricted to join 3 turnbased tables at first, then more when they finished more games.
Yet, do low karma players have the same restrictions?
And I dont think setting table restriction is a good enough way.
Restricting them from even joining at the first place should be.

I just simply dont like this kind of behavior.

When creating a table, clicking on the "restrict table access" link will bring up a pop-up menu which, among other things, has a karma filter.
This same filter is available in a roundabout way by clicking the gear icon in Arena mode.

Normal players SHOULDNT be punished for waiting those low karma players.

For some reason the default Arena settings are to allow 0% karma.

I don't think that's true anymore, for this season I think the threshold has been updated to 60%.

Given you can put karma restrictions on other games if you care about it, this thread seems rather pointless. You can already restrict low karma players from joining the turn based tables or tournaments you create, and now even arena restricts them. (I personally still think 60% karma is pretty low when it's easy to maintain nearly a perfect karma, but eh it helps a lot at least in keeping out likely quitters)

But that's just switching on or off. I think it is a neat idea to limit the amount of games for them - like for new players as mentioned above. I would allow low-karma players in my game if I can be sure they had to carefully chose which game to join as they have a threshold of not too many games that they can play at the same time.

I still haven't got your point. Because setting table restrictions exactly does restrict low karma players from joining a table in the first place. That's exactly what Jest Phulin wrote about.

So do you complain that it is not the default? Or that you have to be careful to set it up when creating a table (while it is usually saved for me)?
Or that there is no way for low karma players to regain karma if everyone would use the restriction?
