Board Game Arena

I have active maintenance cars (i.e. wagons) on the industry track. On my current turn, I use my last worker/coin. Will the game force to me pass, or will it let me use the wagon on my next turn?

BGA implementation leave you the choice to pass or to play your wagon. Which I think is respecting the rulebook.
