Question about a track count

Hi all
I have encoutered some times this kind of situation :

The implementation is 4pts, but I 'm not sure if 5pts is the correct interpretation or not?

4 si correct because two pieces of Road are in the same square

Ok, no problem. I suspected it was a 'per tile' count

I have never checked the behavior if you have a city with 2 sections on the same tile
