Board Game Arena

I've only played a few games but I am finding the boom incarnation very good. Especially in the mid to late game when you have 4 cards to play, as it can be repeated as many times as you like. Also the ability to knock all the shields off it great.

What cards are you all finding very powerful?

Yes Boom should be ban, or even cost 2?
for me it's the card that kill the fun of the game.
Didn't see a player lose the game with boom.

IMHO, game is balanced in a very asymetrical way. Leaving this here for future generations^^

I do think some cards are fairly unbalanced. For example, Blizzard costs 4 mana for 2 damage with piercing (1 damage per mana) while Disintegration costs 6 mana for 4 piercing damage (1.3 damage per mana, and a much more game-impacting amount of damage). It would be nice if there was less of an imbalance where certain cards were simply worse than others.

Martyr. It hits so hard and its also so tanky, i can't deal with it because it is tanky, and i cant ignore it because it hits so hard

Agreed! Takes too much set up + loosing momentum.
Lost in draft, if it gets on board unthreatened.

I like stacking cards with rage + sprint. (assassin, lizard, mutant, and carnivore). they all stack so well with each other and can be threatening together.

there are problems with BOOM when the oponent has all cards out of hands and he has 4 mana he just takes throws it at you for a bunch of times its very unbalanced

I second boom. I was playing someone who was down to four cards with the mana aura guy in play with two enemies triggering. 9 points of boom damage per turn. Impossible to defeat. Lol.
