Bonjour, le match making ne marche pas bien on est d'accord ? Faire sa deuxième partie d'un jeu et tomber sur des joueurs qui en 500 c'est un peu chiant..
Yes, match making is broken.
You can choose what level your opponents can have but your choice isn't respected when making the match.
It's been that way a long time, so don't expect any fixes in that area. If you only want to play opponents of a certain level, don't use arena or automatic lobby.
