is the first player highlighted somehow?

I'm in a long-lasting turn-based 4-player game. One player was wondering who would end the game. Playing on a tablet, it didn't seem possible to view the full history; playing on a PC, I could keep clicking through history until I finally found the first play.

It seems like the first player should be highlighted somehow -- if it's there, I don't see it.

It also seems like across the BGA platform, it should be possible to view the full history (scroll to bottom) without stepping through it incrementally, and it should be possible to do so on any device, but that is not specific to Splendor.

There is the token from Splendor extension displayed in the mini board player area.
It allows to identify the starting player
