I red thumbed someone tonight for kingmaking/team play. When doing so, there's a pop-up recommending reporting people that may be violating terms of service with a link to the report function. After I followed that link, there's only a message about the best course of action being to red thumb them.

Why bother giving the guidance to report if that's not what you want people to do?
