Hi, new to BGA, loving it so far.

I jumped into a 3-turns-per-day game while I was on break, and find that I can't keep up with it now that I'm back at work. I feel bad that I've inconvenienced the other players. What's the best thing to do? If I leave the game, will it adapt to just having fewer players, and they can proceed at a good pace?

Seems your game is still in 1st round. Ask other players politely to abandon the game collectively first.
If accepted, that is the best result for everyone.
