Remove the card 'Today's Special' from Fluxx

This card is based on trust, but is being abused by so many people. If there's no way to verify the effect of the card is being used correctly, then please remove it from the BGA version. You can check details like whether it's someone's birthday when playing face to face, but when playing against strangers on the internet, it's not reliable.
