Board Game Arena

Hello. I am trying to find out how to contact someone about what is happening to me and keeps happening to me the last couple week. I am getting very annoyed and need corrections made. I am in Arena mode and click on games to wait. Games apparently create and I am not notified that the table has started via notification, sound, anything. I only find out later that a table was created and then I was expelled due to time running out and then penalized -20 each time. All these -20's I have received are not fair and just when I am not aware a game has started! I have been having several issues about turns at tables as well. I have done the test notifications for my phone and it sends correctly and works for a bit then stops working again. I have gone through these testing of notifications about 4 times. I need to have this addressed by someone and the negative points associated to me due to these errors at no fault of mine. I am tried of busting my butt to get the rating back up when it was not my doing in the first place only for it to happen again. HELP! Someone please get in touch with me ASAP about this and you should make it accessible to contact admin support! All I got was run around on the site with no help at all and I am losing my patience and temper. Thank you!
