Fewer server calls, faster play

The "Create" button works fine for your first time at a game as you have no default configuration yet. However it takes two more server calls (button presses, "Open table to other players" and "Play Now") if you just want to recreate your default and get back to see if any other interesting tables have become available.
My suggestion is to show both the "Configure" button and the "Open" button in place of the "Create" button once players have a default for that game. Both buttons already exist. In fast short games like Race for the Galaxy the added time means that two players are both creating games where one would have joined the other.
