4 tiles of the same colour in physical game

Hi, is it alowed to grab four tiles of the same colour out of the pocket and place them on the circle?
In the rules, it is not directly prohibited.

It's randomly picked, no matter if it's 4 of the same color or not. There is no specific case for that in the rules.
