Rating in Puerto rico

I think we should de versified the rating in Puerto rico.

Meaning there should be a different rating for 2 player-3player and 4player games?

There is a big difference in game play concerning the number of players and there should also be a different rating based on number of player playing the game.

What do you think?

3-5 player games seem similar with differing strength of some of the buildings like office. I think 2 player games should have separate ratings since it feels like an entirely different game.
