Dear gamers,
could it be that the referee-system does NOT match to a "fair and user friendly" system? And moreover that my impression is that the gentle people quit this platform quite often rather than to stand the behaviour of certain users and the powerless judgements of the refs.

The moderators probably didn't understand the exact nature of the thing that upset you. Or they read too fast.
That "players are entitled (...)" automatic text was obviously a mistake of theirs.

What that player did/said is obviously bad and (s)he got a punishment for it.

What I don't understand is why you are asking to be given back Reputation % (and I assume ELO lost) after quitting...
That was your decision, regardless of those mean words.

You could have played the game 'till finish, report afterwards and the outcome would have been the same (minus your Karma/ELO/Arena losses).
The difference is that you quit, so I see no issue with your -10% Karma and your ELO/Arena loss.
It seems fair, regardless of the bad words you received (for which that individual was punished).

So apart from "Players are entitled (...)" automatic message (which was most probably, a mistake), I don't understand why you are upset and why you wrote this post.
You quit, you weren't moderated, you reported that player, that player got moderated.

So he/she was punished for bad language, you got punished for quitting. All cool.

totally agree. WHY do u think u can get rid of the karma and lose penalty? (S)he swear isn't a good enough reason. And if u only do this one time,u only need to play 10 games to recover,which isnt much.

And for the silent people,that's it,nothing wrong with it. Even some people got annoyed by opponents saying hi/gg, lol.

I completely agree with this (probably to Ze Monstah's surprise).

Unfortunately, your best course of action was to finish the game, report and red thumb, and move on.

The correct format for this is not the Forums, but rather by writing directly to the BGA admins. The content of Moderation reports are not public domain, please do not post these on the Forums.
