I recently played in a swiss tournament (4 player games) with a player that timed-out in every round.
I played with them on the 2nd game and I suggested that they withdraw, but they didn't.
It seems senseless to allow players to join tournaments and ruin them from in-activity.

I am suggesting to automatic withdraw a player after they time out for the 2nd time in a tournament,
It maybe even possible to allow this on a time-out with just 1 game.
This will perhaps set the precedent to setup tournaments with stricter rules and better time-frames.

This also takes care of players who quit BGA, i.e. no longer login to BGA.

If you are not able to provide a link to a corresponding bug report about this discussion, you can refrain from intervening here to break an open door.
For your information, a bug report is not a place for discussions, so you are asked not to disturb the discussions that members have chosen to initiate in the forum, that is to say a place designed and adapted to host discussions.

Forums are full of posts complaining about some bug or requiring a suggestion, so I just wanted to point out the right section.

But according to the date of RicardoRix's open bug, unless he edited the post after mine, which I doubt, I probably read this thread eyes wide shut...
