Hello, I read carefully the rules of Volfyirion Guilds but I still have an interrogation: what is the diplomat doing and why should I buy this card?
I've the impression that it's useless... like a diplomat I guess

acquisition: put this card at the top of my deck
effect: cannot be removed

If someone could explain to me how to use this card...

You put it in top of your opponents deck, so what you're doing is giving him a useless cards that he'll be having problems getting rid of. It's especially annoying when coming in multiples, I had some games where I basically lost because of holding 2 diplomats that were basically cutting down my play options.

If it's a strong strategy or not I do not feel confident enough, but it definitely does something
