Is there a possibility to delete / close a game with no time limit?

I opened a game with no time limit and a person I did not know got in (my mistake). Now he does not take his turn (GAIA game, just choosing factions).
I did not find a way to kick him.
Can I cancel/delete the game (or kick him out) or will it be there forever?

stays a maximum of time (I don't remember if 30 or 60 days)
you can also concede / abandon the game, but you can't is kick him out

depends on which one you are talking about
if it is the real time one, both need to be offline for 4 hours to close up the game.
if it is the turn by turn one, no moves done after 40 days of the last move.
And no, you can't kick someone in a no time limit, it's said when you select the no time limit options.
