Swap Cards action card

according to the PDF rules linked at: https://www.amigo-spiele.de/content/dow ... goRule.pdf
When you play a “Swap Cards” card, choose one other player and swap all
of the cards in your hand with all of theirs.
Play then passes to the player you swapped cards with.
I dont think this is implemented in BGA.. correct?
