Private Game Tables For Virtual Event

I host a board game group at a large company. We have several members in my department. I am interested in utilizing BGA for virtual game nights, but I have yet to discover how to create private game tables. I know how to invite friends to play games, but I need to be able to invite individuals to a table provided a link without them being my BGA friend. I need to create tables for games in advance and restrict participants to my company for this occasion. Is this possible? If so, can someone please explain.

I saw you observing the game I invited you to, so now you know you can invite someone who is not your friend to a game. I did this using the manual mode for table creation. It will say "Invite a friend or invite: " and you use the field next to "invite: " to type a username. I don't know that you can "provide a link" as a way to invite people.

You can also make a group for your company and restrict tables to that group. In case someone didn't join the group yet, you would have to add them manually to the table.
