During the game I had an emergency! (Polices came to my shop for security cam recordings)

If you read our messages I told the situation to my opponent, and we agreed on turning to turn-based

I left the table after suggesting to switch to turn-based but when i came back i saw i had been expelled.

This is a bigger disrespect then writing bad words.

Please read the messages and netralize the game if u think i am right.

If I am not mistaken, to make the switch to Turn based, all players need to agree and confirm in-game.

If you left, they could not activate the Turn Based option.

Disrespect is a bit extreme too...

Players out of time automatically agree to abandoning the game or switching to turn based unless something has changed recently

Yes but only if the suggestion is made when they were already out of time. If you make the suggestion earlier and there's no response and THEN the player runs out of time, he is NOT moved from pending to accepted on the still open suggestion (correct me if this got fixed by now!). So if you suggest too early, there's no way for you to do it later because if you then refuse your own suggestion to try again in the right moment, you are not allowed to make the suggestion again because there's a time-out how often you can make those.
