What Happens to Unfinished Games Where Player Out of Time?

I'm playing a tournament in which ONE player has gone 28 hours into the red on all their remaining games. In my game they're currently winning, but I was in the middle of a move that likely would've flipped the tables for me. Unfortunately, I never got to complete my turn (It's Just Deserts and they have the option of attempting to block my first move and then I would've had another move in the same turn).
The tournament is ending within the hour and I'm pretty sure the person is not coming back. Even if they did it's not likely we'll have time to finish the game.
My question is: how will that game be scored in the tournament? Will it count it as a win for them because they currently are ahead of me in the game? Will it be a win for me because I still have 29 hours left to play with and they are in the red by 28? Or will it be neutral? Or something else?
With the tournament officially ending, is it to my advantage to skip them and take the win that way? Or would the win be worth more points if I do nothing and let the tournament end with this game unfinished?
Thanks y'all!
