In the last 4 weeks I have started ~20 games and so far 9 of those have been abandoned because the other player timed out: by this I mean they didn't even make their first move and I waited until they were at least 24 hours over their alloted time to give them the benefit of the doubt. It seems the majority of these players were people who had recently created an account and had played either a handful of games or none at all.
I don't mind abandoning a game that hasn't even started, but this hasn't happened to me on any other game on BGA and I wonder what it is about 7WD that attracts people who seem to be interested in playing but don't stick around long enough to find out. I know 9 instances is not huge when compared to how many games of 7WD have been played on this site since it was made available, but I wonder if anyone else has seen this happen to them?
