Language of text on cards

Hi, for me and some friends, the text on all the cards is German. The tool tips are English. I thought this was just the way it is until....... another friend showed me his cards are in English. All my obvious settings are set to English. Any ideas on how to make the card graphics show the preferred language? Thanks!

Apparently this issue has been reported more than once, so I suggest saving yourself some time.
If you go to
https://boardgamearena.com/bugs?game=1292 and search for "German", you can read what's been submitted and also the responses from the developer.

I now removed the current handling, because it works not for me with latest chromium.
If you still have problems, please discuss there, so we can try another solution (css transform perhaps).
