Table admins should be able to "kick" players who aren't ready

Hi all! Nice buttons overhaul!

I was wondering if you could add a button for table admins to "kick" (not expel) players that aren't "ready" for play (as in "accepted the invitation", for example).

Right now, the workaround is to "fake start" a match and cancel before all players accept. That autokicks the players that aren't ready, but maybe that's no the desired behavior.

It's important for the new button not to "expel" the players, because you want the kicked players to eventually come back if they wish and are ready to begin the match.

Thank you!

Reinviting is not the point. The point is "claring the spots" so that other players can join (the same that was there or, more importantly, other players). That way you don't need to fake start to soft kick players that aren't ready.
In fact, reinviting is pretty much the last thing you want to do in that situation. You just want new players most of the time.

But how do u know if (s)he is ready without starting the game?
Even if (s)he is afk, (s)he could come back at any time.
You can kick the person who is offline though.

When they're greyed out, not having accepted the invitation yet. This feature would affect mostly "rematch" tables.
If it's a new table, people will not be greyed out. They can go offline during the wait, though. It would be nice that this button kicked (not expelled) offline players too.

So the expected behavior of the button would be "clean the table of offline or invitation-pending players" (kicking, not expelling).
The function would be to allow for new players to join the table.

That happens a lot in Hanabi and Werewolves of Miller's Hollow, for example. And I'm sure that happens a lot with games that have a high rematch rate.
