Site Issues - Unable to Report Them??

I am up to three games that won't launch. I have tried to follow the onscreen instructions (switch server, etc), but the games won't start. I tried to go to the Bug Report since I had exhausted the list of onscreen options to try - in addition to logging out of the site and back in, restarting my PC, checking my browser, etc. I get this message:

Page not found: bug.js

Can anyone please advise if there's anything else to try. Some games are still launching for me, which is really strange. Thanks in advance.

Can you try with another browser, to see if it's something linked to your curren browser? If it works with another, try empty your browser cache.

It worked with the same browser on a different machine, so I cleared my cache and I'm good now. Thanks for the suggestion!

That's the reason why there is no way to report site issues, because usually there aren't any.
BGA are not your personal IT support.

PEBKAC

Excuse me please @voriki, but why is it necessary to make a declaration that BGA "are not my personal tech support"? Are you assuming that we all have the level of technology understanding that IT professionals do? I am not an IT professional. Your comments could appear insulting to many non-professionals who frequent this site. When software isn't working, it is perfectly reasonable to request assistance from the site and/or its friendly and helpful users when there's no other obvious indicator of what might be happening.

When your own personal software isn't working, you cannot expect another company to help you resolve it. Do you call your internet provider when you are having issues with your Windows 10?

The thing is, if they allow epople to make "bug reports" for "site support", 99.9% of the posted issues will be like this, and BGA will have to hire multiple staff members just to respond to those reports.

It's totally ok that they asked here. It was explained how to solve it and it was explained why it isn't possible to report a bug for this matter. All good. Really no need to add an insult (PEBKAC) to it or suggest they're out of line asking the question.

I keep getting disconnected from the server. I just got disconnected in the middle of a game and couldn't get back in. I don't want to get another penalty. I'm not sure what to do to fix the issue.

First question this, what actions have you taken on your end to make sure the problem isn't actually on your end?
