Hello,

BGA gives you the choice between eight convention in game settings : standard, finesse, instinctive play, LL, give next player, secret, play left, save mode. Though there are many links trying to explain tricks and mechanicals, I cannot find any complete explanation about this BGA setting list.
If anyone use to play with, can you complete theese lines please ? :D

You can post on this topic or in BGA's wiki https://fr.doc.boardgamearena.com/Gamehelphanabi

or on the bug report here (even it is not a bug) : https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=28410

Thanks everybody ! :)

Even I don't play Hanabi anymore, I can help.

Standard: 'Play the leftmost clued card first, discard the rightmost card without any clues first'. The basic convention.

Finesse: Search this forum. You will find tons of threads explaining finesse and bluff.

Secret convention: A convention not listed here.
Closest friend: No convention at all, probably?
