After playing a game, the option to "learn the game" (with blue backdrop) is replaced with the elo icon. How can I read the rules of the game again?

Go to the game page for that game. There is an option on that page to download the rules pdf or replay the tutorial (if that game has a tutorial). Click on the name of the game on "Play Now" or search for it on the "Games" tab.

In-game, at the bottom of the screen, there should be a tab on 'How to play?'. Click on that, and it should give you the rules links and the wiki rules (if any).

In addition to the rules summary at the bottom of the screen and the rules download, you can also Google search for "How to Play ____________" where ____________ is the name of the game.
