How to get games on available licenses list?

I represent a small publishing company. I filled out the forms here: https://boardgamearena.com/gamepublishers and received email confirmation, but that was some time ago and the games have still not appeared on the available licenses list. Tried emailing studio@boardgamearena.com over 2 weeks ago with no response. Can someone please help me with how to get our games on this list? Thanks.
