Equalizing turn

So in this game it seems there is no equalizing turn (don't know how to descrive that correctly).
If you are first tot finish, because you started, but other players also have made no mistake. The first player will still win.
That seems a bit stupid.

yea, but how do u make a tiebreaker, or overtime?

I get your point, that all else equal the first player has an advantage but in general, you can play to deny whoever is at fewest tiles. So for me, this equalizer is baked into the number of visible tiles, and it would be a mistake to not play based on other players’ situation. You can see if someone is about to run out of tiles and play to restrict them. For instance, taking a collapse instead of letting the player running low on tiles get a free placement on the bottom row.
