Tie

During a 3-round game for a tournament I've ended a game with the same points, but I've won the game. What dictates who wins? Thinking time?

you have not win, the game is well considered as a tie, if you look the result, you are both 1st.

This game happened in a single elimination stage, and I've progressed to the next match.
