Race for the Galaxy League

Hey everybody,
i wondered if there is enough interest in the community to start a league system here on BGA. Since it is the most played game here (I guess), I would like to test it with "Race for the Galaxy".
Please post your thoughts on this and whether you are interested in participating or not.
Some thoughts on how it will work (if there are enough participants):
- Season length 4-6 weeks
- League system (each player plays x games against each other player), followed by playoffs.
- Depending on the number of participants, there could be 3 groups, which are divided by timezones (it's more likely they meet each other online) - Asia/Australia, Europe/Africa, the Americas
- Communication (rules, standings, scores) are handled here on the boards
- Nereid
