Are the Advantage Tokens the same as Idea Tokens?

i'm playing Russian Railroads. The game board has Advantage Tokens. The rulebook doesn't mention Advantage tokens, but there are Idea tokens - were they renamed?

Hum, note that BGA has both "Russian Railroads" and "Ultimate Railroads", this is the forum for "Ultimate Railroads".
You should make sure to read the rules of "Ultimate Railroads".
