Gaia needs possibility to look under advanced tech tiles

Expecially with non real-time games it has happened to me already several time that I forgot what tech tile I had covered with an advanced tech.
I would highly appreciate if this could be made possible: eg. by hovering over the adv. tech tile to receive info exactly what tech lies underneath
